Wednesday 31st October
Today is the scary day and I have been running to hide behind the bin whenever the front door was knocked. Peter and Andrew were all dressed up but they weren't scary. At least I knew who they were.

There is no news.

Saturday 27th October
Today Dad took us out for a very long walk to the park and then all the way to the sop where he bought us chocolate buttons and pizza. Later on *I* went for a long walk round the block with him so that we could count cats. I counted ten cats. I might have scared one of them away because I shouted at it.

Friday 26th October
Today I have mostly been grumpy.

Thursday 25th October
I've got a new shape sorter today today - It has little wooden rings of different colours on it. It's quite easy.

Wednesday 24th October
So far I have learnt to make 4 or 5 animal noises. Cow, Cat, Dog, Snake. Snake is my favourite one.

Tuesday 23rd October
Dad has a funny little dance that I can copy. He jiggles his feet around as much as he can and it makes me laugh.

Monday 22nd October
There is no news today.

Sunday 21st October
Sunday is my rest day and today I was very tired.

Saturday 20th October
We went to the playground today, but it was too wet for me to get out of my pushchair. I was just as happy to observe everyone else from the warmth of my cosytoes.

Friday 19th October
Today Grandad came to visit with auntie Lord and Esther. I have many playfriends today and they are all dedicated to answering my every whim.

Thursday 18th October
Today i was grumpy all day.

Tuesday 16th October
I have brand new pyjamas today and they are very smart indeed. admire if you will the stripey sleeves and the very smart rocket emblam proudly emblazoned on the front. Admire the fixed on boots too. No cold feet for me tonight.

Monday 15th October
Today I woke up really really early and was very very grumpy indeed. It was all to do with having a cough at first and not wanting to have any medicine. Then it was about complaining about having to have the medicine, and then it was about just complaining. I kept everyone awake until I was exhausted.

Today I said MOOO

Sunday 14th October
Auntie Lord and Grandma took us all out to the pub for lunch today. It was a tiny bit rubbish. My seat was too slopy and my food took ages to arrive and it was cold. Just how I like it. Dad did a lot of complaining though and managed to get lots of money back.

Saturday 13th October
Today Grandma is here! I have been practicing saying "ma-ma" although this is also the word I use for a lot of other things, I think you'll find that my inflection changes slightly depending on who i am using it with.

Thursday 11th October
My favourite game of rolling balls just got even better. Dad bought me 6 SIX!! new tennis balls. I just love that new ball smell. That's what Andrew says. Anyway, now I can throw my balls to my heart is content. 6 times.

Wednesday 10th October
Today I am in a very grumpy mood indeed and there will be no sitting still for the photographer at all. I have decided.

Tuesday 9th October
I have had a haircut today. I grumbled about it very much. There are school photos to be taken tomorrow.

Monday 8th October
I am perfecting my scrunched up "smile" face. At last count I can crunch up every single part of my face so that it looks nothing like a smile. perfection.

I had to have my haircut today. I was not very impressed.

I was playing footbal today, I have invented some new rules which state that I get to pick up the ball and run away with it if i so wish.
