Thursday 30th November
Today i am very full of goo.
Wednesday 29th November
There's
a weird thing happening. If I am put down on the floor then I am quite
happy to crawl anywhere that I please - especially towards the dirty
wheels of the pushchair. BUT! put into my inflatable doughnut I will
stay exactly where I am and complain. Even though I can get out of
my doughnut.
Tuesday 28th November
A tooth is just starting to break through. More news soon.
Monday 27th November
Breaking news today is that there is no holding me back now, not only
can I stand up on my own but I can actually factually crawl a really
long way really quickly. I went up and down the very long corridoor
at home several times at bath time, and earlier on I was in the living
room one minute and in the kitchen the next. I wonder if there are
many places to hide around the house.
Sunday 26th November
Not content with learning to crawl yesterday, today I managed to pull
myself up onto my wobbly feet when I was in my play pen. I have been
practicing standing up for a few weeks now, but I have never managed
to get there all on my own. I blame my sturdy footballers legs.
Saturday 25th November
No teeth again, but I have finally got the knack of crawling. I no
longer fall onto my tummy every time i move one knee forward. It's
a great leap forward.
Friday 24th November
I am feeling much better today although there is no sign of any teeth
yet.
Dad
played a really funny game of hidey face just before my bed time.
It was hilarious.
Thursday 23rd November
I have got a really bad fever today and my cheeks are both bright
red. This seems to have made me do a lot of grumbling.
Wednesday 22nd November
The floor in my house does not make it easy for me to crawl properly
- upstairs I am fine and enjoy much perambulation. Downstairs I must
use a mixture of techniques, mostly involving me dragging myself around
by my hands.
Tuesday 21st November
There has been much grumbling and a whole lot of todoing today.
Monday 20th November
Today I did a bit of grumbling. And quite a lot of crawling. The wooden
floor is still holding me back though, so I have to do a lot of commando
style moving around. it can be very distracting because sometimes
I spend more time going backwards than going forwards.
Sunday 19th November
Today was a day that I had to be very patient indeed as everyone else
was enjoying themselves at some kind of farm based activity while
I watched from the sidelines. It's a good job I am very patient.
Saturday 18th November
Today
I went shopping with Dad to various places around the twon. A lot
of people stopped him and commented on how beautifulmy eyes were.
Apparently it happens a lot.

Thursday 16th November
There
is no news today.
Wednesday 15th November
Today another little tooth has poked through - it's on the top this
time. Now I can really really bite.
Tuesday 14th November
Another night of no sleep. :(
Monday 13th November
For the first time in my whole life I am not very well. I'm sure it's
because there are plenty of new teeth starting to poke through my
little gums. It's been making me feel very sad indeed. Anyway - today
I have mostly been being sick, and I haven't enjoyed it very much
at all.
Sunday 12th November
I have done some extra special crawling today. I can get from my back
onto my tummy and then up onto my knees. I can manage at elast two
little moves and then I have to drag myself the rest of the way on
my tummy like a commando. If I'm on the wooden floor I can change
my direction as I please as it is so slippery.
Saturday 11th November
I have some more teeth coming. I suspect that this time they will
be at the top of my mouth so that they give the bottom ones something
to bite into.

There

Wednesday 8th November
I went to two toddler groups today and everyone was a) impressed with
my crawling and b) impressed by my general good looks.
Tuesday 7th November
Grandma came on a surprise visit today and I was very pleased to see
her. She was very impressed with my crawling abilities and especially
with my magical backwards moving trick.
Monday 6th November
I have been doing lots of my own special kind of hugs today. Since
my arms are in no way long enough to actually go around anyone that
I know. I like to just bang them in the chest with my head and spread
my arms out as far as they will go. This way they will know that they
are loved in some way.
Sunday 5th November
I hate fireworks. It is unfortunate that the first one that I ever
saw made an unholy screaming noise and really upset me. I'd guess
that it's probably scarred me for life.
In
other, much better news I did my very first crawl today. There was
only one of them and it was very short, but I'm learning to get around
the place. Now everything that I've been wanting to put in my mouth
for the last few months is finally within my grasp.
Saturday 4th November
I had my first haircut today because the front of my hair is very
very long and keeps getting in my eyes. Mum did it while Dad tried
to distract me but in the end a sort of headlock had to do because
I kept looking at the scissors.
I
have a new car seat today too. It faces forward so that I can see
every little thing that zip past the car. most interesting.
Friday 3rd November
Today I went for a lovely coffee with Mum and Dad all on our own like
grown ups. I stayed very quiet in my pushchair and looked at the ceiling.
I was supposed to be asleep, but it didn't really work out that way.
I was very good though.

2nd November
Dad came home today and I stroked his face a lot. I have missed him.
Wednesday
1st November
As if it wasn't enough to be dragged out in the feezing cold AGAIN
today, once I had fallen asleep there was the noise of the fireworks
to deal with which was almost more than I could bear.
I
am starting to enjoy balancing on my hands and knees ready to crawl
though.
