: : Here is the news
for June : : :
Friday
30th June
There
is no news today.
Thursday
29th June
It
looks as if I don't have to go to school today - yesterday seems to
have been it. Peter has to go every day though.
Did
I mention about how I spun round a display of embroidery thread? It
was quite spectacular.
Wednesday
28th June
Today
I went to school to have a look at the class I'm going to be in when
it's September. I shall apparently be going to school every single day
for a whole half a day. I'm not sure if I will ahve to do what i'm told
- I didn't do that today just to try it out.
In
the evening I had a go at riding a bike without stabalisers on it. It
was very exciting and I did manage to do it for just a tiny bit. Peter
was much better and managed to do half of the whole garden all on his
own. He's really good once Mum or Dad gets him up to escape velocity.
Tuesday
27th June
There
will be no news today.
Monday
26th June
Today
I made some lovely pretend chocolate biscuits. I put all the letter
cutters out on the tray and then put them in the oven for 14 minutes.
Later on in the day I made some *real* chocolate biscuits. I ate a lot
of lovely flour too. Hmmm my favourite - even more delicious than ants.
Sunday
25th June
Today
we went to the fair and all the fun of it. First we went on some things
that I didn't like but I think Mum and Dad thought my complaints amusing
as they could only hear my wailing as I passed them. We did not go on
the helter skelter because it was too high up for Dad.
Later
we went ot Ben's new house. He has a rather smart new play room which
is still full of trains. He also has a tiny weeny bouncy castle. There
is just room for three on it.
Saturday
24th June
I
am absolutely not interested in colouring in today, even though Dad
made a big bit of paper to go on the floor of the living room. I did
a couple of 'A's and that was it. I am far more interested in finding
out how many funny faces I can make.
Friday
23rd June
I
have split my den up into several areas so that I can play with my toy
animals properly. One area is called the farmyard. This is where all
the normal animals go. Next there is the desert which is where the camels
and giraffes live. Over by the wall we have the jungle - this is where
I keep all my lions and tigers. The best area of all is New York. THis
is where the bears and dinosaurs live. They like it there because it's
hot.
During
the day Mum put out a new toy WITH water. It's a flower that sprays
everyone with freezing cold water when they least expect it. It reallyis
most invigorating.
Thursday
22nd June
I
am an expert at computer games. Today I played a Toy Story game where
you have to bouce Bullseye up and down on a pillow. I scored a massive
852 Points. The game cheats though because sometimes it drops a horse
on you by surprise.
I've
been doing my letters with Dad every night. We practice saying all of
the sounds and tonight I even did some of the hard ones like S and P.
C and K are the hardest ones of all.
Wednesday
21st June
There
will be no news today - NONE at all.
Tuesday
20th June
I
dropped my apple on the way home from school today and MUm said that
we had to leave it for the birds. When we were going under the bridge
I actually saw a bird so I told him about the apple. He looked at me
and then flew off in the RIGHT DIRECTION! COINCIDENCE? I don't think
so.
Monday
19th June
Here's
a quick run down on today's activities:
Took
an Elephant to school.
Rode home on Peter's Scooter.
Played on the computer.
NO HOSEPIPE GAMES IN THE GARDEN.
Colouring in.
NO HELICOPTERS
TO LOOK AT.
Tickling game.
Pretended to be a dog.
Sunday
18th June
Today
we went a playground and there was a helicopter in it. I ran up to it
and touched one of the rotor blades and was immediately shouted at by
the helicopter flying person. We did watch it take off though and Peter
said he was sure that he had seen Dada inside it.
Saturday
17th June
Even
though I had a lovely time at the park with all the bubbles I was a
little bit tantrumonius when I got home. Something todo with the heat
I think.
Peter
and I have a lovely gameto get cool though - Peter plugs the hosepipe
in and we take it in turns to soak each other while we go down the slide.
It's the best ever fun ever.
Friday
16th June
There
will be no news today.
Thursday
15th June
I
played a great game with Dad tonight. We pretend that my bed is a rocket
ship and then blast off to the land of cows. On the land of cows there
are mostly just cows, although they tend to me of many different sizes.
I think Dad plays the game just to get me into bed though.
Wednesday
14th June
I
was so tired today that I almost fell asleep on the pushchair step.
This is mostly because I am still waking up at around 6.00. Usually
I go back to sleep for a least a little while but this morning I thought
that it would be more fun to turn Mum and Dad's bed into a tent and
jump about a bit. Not a very popular move.
Tuesday
13th June
Today
we had our tea at old macdonalds - it was a rare treat I can assure
you. As usual, peter asked for a sad meal because he didn't even want
a happy meal.
Later
on I was so tired that I got very confused and fell asleep. My head
gets all droopy.
Monday
12th June
Peter
broke a glass by accident today and Dad broke the shower. I'm hoping
that these things will serve to mask my own misdeeds.
Sunday
11th June
There
will be no news today. So sorry.
Saturday
10th June
It's
been a mixed day today - this morning was mostly filled with treats
- I went with Dad to work, had a game of pool and then had a glass of
milk and a cookie at ben's cookie shop (my favourite). Afterwards I
went shopping with Dad and actually drove the trolley (with sounds provided
by Dad) with a packet of pretzels. Enormous fun.
Friday
9th June
It's
hot today and it's very sunny too and that means that I have to get
sprayed with suncream, which is about my least favourite thing in the
world ever.
Thursday
8th June
Jasmine
came to play today. I asked for the shop to be erected inthe bedroom
and I sold her some things that she then sold beack to me. We also had
a pretend picnic and then went on to be pretend cats.
Wednesday
7th June
It
was so hot today that Mum brought some ice pops with hre when we went
ot pick Peter up from school (on my scooter). They didn't even melt
as she took extra special non-melt precautions. Sadly I ran off in the
playground so mine did eventually melt.
Tuesday
6th June
My
scooter is great. I rode home from school on it again today. There is
no other news.
Monday
5th June
Peter
had a scooter for his birthday and the best news is that although he
gets to ride it to school, unbeknownst to him, I get to ride it home
again. My control is not htat great, but I think i'm getting better.
Soon I willb e referring to it as MY scooter.
Sunday
4th June
We
went to Hatton today where, I'm afraid to say I made a bit of a nuisance
of myself - lots of moaning and grumbling and the like. It was jsut
far too hot for me - that's all, even though I wore my hat and sunglasses
(to stop my eyes getting burned) - it was still too hot.
Saturday
3rd June
I
revealed the truth about my ant eating activities today. I can't say
that anyone was surprised. I told Mum and Dad it was because they were
nice.
Friday
2nd June
We
played on the bouncy castle ALL day long today - a fw little friends
came over too. My legs are feeling a little bit wobbly but at least
my fat lip has gone down a bit.
Thursday
1st June
It's
Peter's birthday today and there is a bouncy castle coming! It's coming
for two whole days too. I helped Dad put it up - which was before all
the other children arrived so that Peter and I could ahve a little go
all on our own. It was raining a little bit but that didn't matter because
the castle has a little cover over it.
I
won some prizes at Peter's birthday - I won sweets and a Winnnie the
Pooh straw. I was so tired at the end of the day that I fell asleep
on the sofa - something which is unheard of.
